My adventure with raw “living” food began on an ordinary trip to Whole Foods. I wanted SOMETHING to eat, when my husband pointed out the new raw bar. The dishes looked great, and they also had the 118 Degrees cookbook on offer - co-authored by my mom’s beloved Doreen Virtue. So I picked it up and started trying out simple recipes.
